We want you to feel comfortable with us, no matter what’s going on in the world. In our premises we always pay attention to your health and safety. General information

Your safety is our top priority. Our team has been trained to strictly follow and implement the health and safety guidelines of the World Health Organization and local government. We make sure these guidelines are followed.

All public rooms including the check-in terminal, elevators, doors and railings are disinfected and cleaned at regular intervals (several times a day). We have made disinfectant dispensers available to you in the entrance areas of the buildings.

We ask you to keep the general distance rule of 2 meters and use the stairs if possible.

If you use the elevator, please only use people from your household. If you have a cough, fever or other Covid-19 symptoms, please stay at home to protect yourself and those around you. If symptoms occur during your stay, please stay in the room and call a doctor.

Cleaning

Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each arrival. After your check-in, we will no longer enter your room. Your room will currently only be cleaned by our trained cleaning staff if you expressly request it.
